It is generic (I’m not making it out to be anything in particular … and doubtless it will find its way onto the streets of Stalingrad although all the trams I have seen in Stalingrad pictures are single-deckers … ) … so all caveats apply. Now I’ve got plenty of proper painting to do – but I picked up this die cast tram in the Bring and Buy at Triples for a £1 or so earlier in the year and it has been asking to be painted ever since: so to add something different, here it is. Oh, and don’t forget we have to move our clocks ahead this weekend.If you are in the UK it is a Bank Holiday weekend … gardening, relatives, second-guessing the weather etc. So we are clinging close to our family and clocking more snuggles. Ours was a bit tough with the loss of a friend. Not sure I can capture it in the same way but I might try. Also inspired to whip out my own camera and head to the beach. Maybe it’s because I grew up near the beach or maybe it’s just because they are so universally appealing, but they all captivate me. I am on the search for some new artwork and I can’t stop looking at all of the beach prints over at Minted. I haven’t picked up seasonal decor in forever but this one is really a cute find. I will try and snap one of it in our home soon. I figured I didn’t want to make it for that and it’s much cuter in person than this photo shows.
